Another three courses planned for 2020

The brand new Takedowns for BJJ will ba launched in April. Groundwork for MMA and BJJ Level III will take place in August.

After discussion with the team’s black belts we have decided to launch a course completely focused on the transition from stand-up to the ground for Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. The course will take place on the 18th-19th of April. More information here and FB-event here.

The favourite Groundwork for MMA will take place on the 8th-9th of August. More information here and FB-event here. There will aslo be a little extra happening at HQ that weekend so save the date if you can (more information about this will be presented shortly).

The last of the trilogy, BJJ Level III, will take place on the 15th-16h of August. Introducing for example spider-guard, de la riva, new school deep-half-guard, passing the guard and escaping pins. More information here and FB-event here.
