Course-planning for summer of 2023

On request: Submission Wrestling and Groundwork for MMA!

We will hold two courses at the end of this years summer:

12th-13th of August Submission Wrestling makes a long requested comeback!
Requirements: At least two years of training in a martial art that includes grappling.
Certificate: Will be awarded to all attendants that can show proficiency in all course moments.
Hours: 12 hours of training, divided into four 3-hours classes: 09:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00 both days.The old course was longer so we will work effective and focus on our specialities.
Price:  220 euros

26th-27th of August we will hold the favourite Groundwork for MMA course.
Requirements: At least two years of training in MMA.
Certificate: Will be awarded to all attendants that can show proficiency in all course moments.
Hours: 12 hours of training, divided into four 3-hours classes: 09:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00 both days.
Price: 220 euros

Accommodation: You can stay at the gym for free. On the same street as Fighter Centre you find Hotel Vasa  (five minutes walk), also nearby you find Hotel Poseidon (less than ten minutes walk). There are also hostels like Slottsskogens Vandrarhem (around 20 minutes walking distance from Fighter Centre).
