Packed at the Stand-up Padwork Course

Around 40 fighters from four countries attended the Stand-up Padwork Course last Sunday.

It was the first time this one-day course was held and the skill to hold thai pads for stand-up fighting were built up and drilled over six hours. The course had participants from Shooters Konin (Poland), Sarpsborg Chi MMA (Norway), BB Gym MMA (Norway), Fighter Muay Thai (Sweden) and Gladius MMA (Sweden). Ireneusz Mila was once again back on consecutive weekends and  it was great to welcome Rune Lind back to HQ!

Shooters MMA’s chief instructor August Wallén was in charge of the course with the assistance of Najib Ghaderi.
