Hard weekend at the office

Shooters MMA Fight Team had a tough weekend. Maria Hougaard Djursaa lost her debut at Invicta FC and Elina Nilsson and Billy Bengtsson lost at West Coast Battle.

Hougaard Djursaa from Odense Fight Gym in Denmark fought Amanda Bell from USA at Invicta FC 9 ‘Honchak vs Hashi’ that took place in Davenport Iowa USA yesterday. Hougaard Djursaa lost by TKO in the end of the first round. Take part of a fight report here (scroll down).

Billy Bengtsson and Elina Nilsson from Fighter Muay Thai had thaiboxning fights at West Coast Battle 6 that took place yesterday in Varberg Sweden. Bengtsson was a part of a 4-man tournament but lost the first fight against Raafat Al-Maliki from Malmö Muay Thai. Nilsson fought the current World- and European Champion Isa Tidblad Keskikangas from Tip Muay Thai. Nilsson performed well but lost on a controversial split decision.
