Participants from eight countries at the groundwork for MMA course

Around thirty fighters participated in the course at Fighter Centre the past weekend.

Fighters and instructors from Tap or Snap (England), Shooters Dundee (Scotland), Car Dusan Silni (Serbia, with guest from Canada), Shooters Konin (Poland), FighterZone.dk (Denmark), Fighters Lab (Norway), as well as our home-team Gladius MMA, were on site.

The course focused on groundwork for MMA, offensive as well as defensive aspects of common occurring positions and situations. The team from Tap or Snap made a short film from both Saturday’s and Sunday’s training (watch below).

August Wallén was in charge of the course, with the assistance of Linus Eklind and Christian Smith.
